Program Description

This webcast is intended to improve care of patients with psoriasis by accelerating adoption of new guidelines and evidence-based practice change. In-depth discussion of novel agents at various stages of clinical development will be given significant focus. This Internet CME activity is designed to provide clinical decision-making strategies for integration of novel therapeutic options.

Intended Audience

This webcast is designed to meet the educational needs of dermatologists, internal medicine and family medicine physicians, and allied healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with psoriasis.

Educational Objectives

As a result of participating in the activity, learners should be better able to:

Assess diagnostic criteria and standard treatment options for early and moderate to severe patients with psoriasis
Integrate newer biological therapy with interleukin-17 (IL-17) and IL-23 pathway inhibitors in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis
