INTENDED AUDIENCE:
This program is intended for medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, dermatologists, oncology nurses, and other health care professionals who treat patients with melanoma.
Activity Objectives:
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be better able to:
- Compare the advantages and disadvantages of diagnostic and staging tools to improve screening and detection, and to tailor care plans to patients with early melanoma.
- Define and differentiate Spitzoid tumors in different patient presentations to avoid misdiagnosis, mistreatment, and other deleterious patient outcomes.
