Heavy Menstrual Bleeding:
From Recognition to Resolution

5 CME/CE credits

Heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) affects approximately 30% of all women at some point during their reproductive lives, with negative medical, quality-of-life, and economic impact. Some women find the condition distressing enough that hysterectomy may be used to achieve resolution, despite the availability of effective, less-invasive treatments. This multipart program includes a CME/CE monograph and a four-topic series of Web teleconferences that further explore the topic. All are intended to help clinicians improve their ability to diagnose and manage HMB.
